Wedding and Engagment Cakes We understand how important your special day is, and will work with you to create the perfect cake to suit your theme colours, design and personalities. All cakes are made with high quality ingredients, sourced from leading fine food suppliers. Belgian Chocolate is used in our ganache,cakes and our handmade chocolates. We use real butter, free range eggs, real vanilla and only the freshest ingredients, to be able to give you something that not only looks great but tastes amazing too :) Wedding cakes may be iced with dark, milk or white chocolate ganche, fondant, mashmallow fondant, meringue buttercream and more! The weather and your preferences will determine which is best for your special day. Chocolate Shards and Collars are also available. |

Cupcakes We have a great range of cupcakes to cater for everyones taste, from buttercream swirl to extravagant flowers, figurines,flat toppers,monograms. We also have a great range of gourmet flavours that are delightfully delicious. Min order for all cupcakes are 12. Gluten Free options are available. Keeping in mind that we are not a fully gluten and dairy free kitchen. Placing your order Wedding cake orders are taken 6 months to a year in advance, with a 20% non refundable deposit required to secure your date, and final payment one week before your big day. We do offer a payment plan please inquire when inquiring about your cake. Pricing varies depending on your design and serves you are requiring to serve your guests and every cake is an indivual design to suit you, so please contact us and we will arrange a time to meet and plan your design. In Person CONSULTATIONS ARE RECOMMENDED (but are not neccessary if you already know what you are after). Email and Phone consults are also welcomed.
To secure your booking with Cake Mania we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. This will be required 2 weeks after we have discussed your cake and you are happy. Any changes by you are still able to be made right up to 3 mths before your booking. Cancellation of your booking is appreciated within 3 mths of your event date, with 25% of your deposit being held as a non-refundable deposit. We are unable to hold your booking if your deposit is not paid your booking is not secure and Cake Mania reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Delivery Yes we do deliver to Emerald, Rockhampton and Yeppoon. Compliemtry delivery for Blackwater town and within a 30klm radius.
