HOW TO ORDER, WEDDING CAKES AND SPECIAL OCCASION CAKES 

Upon filling out your quote/order form we do appreciate confirmation via email on or before at least 3 mths prior to your wedding day. Other events require at least 4 days notice and is subject to availability, limited more so in our busy mths , e.g. Wedding mths (March to May and July to November), Easter and Christmas. We do recommend to book early to avoid disappointment.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with 25% held as non-refundable. We will email your invoice with payment details. Terms of deposit payment is 14 days of the date when invoice is sent, with full payment finalised 14 days prior to pickup/delivery. Our preferred payment method is bank transfer. We also offer credit card and pay pal facilities. Contact us if you would like to arrange an appointment to discuss your wedding/ custom cake in person.

FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The customer and/or event co ordinator agrees to colour, design, sizes, servings and flowers upon confirmation of the booking. Changes made to the cake would be appreciated in writing within 21days prior to the event date. Small changes maybe made at Cake Mania's discretion to ensure our high standard product is met at all times. While still keeping the integrity of your design.

Cake portions as per industry standard are:- 1x1x4 inches Tea and coffee portion 1x2x4 inches Dessert portion

Cake Mania products may contain / come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, cocoa, or other allergens. It is the customer and or event co ordinator to ensure that a cake requiring special dietary requirements are made known to us. We take every precaution in the cases of known allergies it remains the responsibility of the customer and or coordinator to inform guests.

TASTINGS AND CONSULTATIONS

Sample boxes can be purchased with 2 weeks notice, with free consultation offered upon purchase. Cost for sample box $30

FRESH FLOWERS AND INEDIBLE ITEMS

Cake Mania reserves the right to refuse any item which may pose a potential health and safety risk to our products. Cake Mania does not take any responsibility for any items that are placed or stuck into our cakes / products after they are delivered. You will be advised of any structure elements or inedible items pertaining to your cake upon delivery. Cake Mania will hold no liability for any damages due to non-removal of such items. 

Cake Mania photographs all products and will remain the property of Cake Mania to use for any display or advertising.

HIRE EQUIPMENT

Hire equipment delivered with Cake and or other products are to be returned 7 days after your event. Damage or loss of goods will incur a fee for the replacement of the item. Details of this fee will be noted on your individual quote.

DELIVERY

Delivery is FREE for Blackwater town and also within a 30 km radius.

Delivery fee Emerald - $50 Delivery fee Rockhampton - $130 Delivery fee Yeppoon - $170

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cake Mania does take any responsibility for any damage caused to your cake while it is outside our possession. While duty of care is our number 1 priority and we ensure your cake is received in optimum condition. Damage made by guests, venue staff does not fall within our responsibility. Cake Mania will provide you with cake care information for you to best store your cake. Weather/climate, incorrect storage of the cake/products is also outside the responsibility of Cake Mania. Once a collection time has been arranged, Cake Mania would appreciate notification if this time is to be rescheduled. 

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be given at Cake Mania's discretion.
